As the global head of products, Radhika is responsible for the vision, strategy, delivery, and business performance for all our products and solutions across data storage, data operations and analytics, as well as Hitachi’s industry leading Lumada Internet of Things and industrial software.
Radhika has a unique combination of deep technical expertise and experience in end-to-end business management. She has incubated, transformed, and scaled several businesses focused on software and cloud infrastructure. Before joining Hitachi Vantara in September 2020, Radhika was executive vice president and general manager of software at 3D Systems and has previously held leadership roles at HP, Cisco, NetApp, Lenovo, and Nimble Storage.
Radhika is a passionate advocate for diversity in tech. She has a bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani and a master’s in business administration degree from San Jose State University.
